room for rent - Binan - room for rent near perpetual

i'm looking for a room to rent near at Perpetual University or it can be at least 1 ride from the University. the room must have it's clean C. R with tiles and of course bed if possible.
This is ASAP. Pls. include some photos if possible. I also need the address so I can visit it. Thank You.
